Lou Ludwig Success Tips: The Benefit of Education

The Benefit of Education

The Benefit of Education

“Perhaps the most valuable result of all education is the

ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do,

when it ought to be done, whether you like it or

not; it is the first lesson that ought to be

learned; and however early a man’s

training begin, it is probably

the last lesson that be

learns thoroughly.”

Thomas H. Huxley (1825-1895) English Biologist

As I see it . . . . . . . .

The benefit of education

Is do what has to be done when it has to be done . . . . and to do it with confidence.

Education will give you the tools . . . . and the ability to do the things you have to do successfully.

A valuable lesson of education . . . . is that it has positive impact on your career . . . . and positive effect on your long-term success.

One of the many benefits of education . . . . Is education will prepare you to do the things you have to do with the tools to succeed. Your knowledge will focus your efforts on doing what has to be done. In order to succeed in a productive manner . . . . when things have to be done.

Education creates a strategic business advantage . . . . when that knowledge is properly applied.

Knowing what has to be done . . . . and having the knowledge of how to do them successfully has a significance impact on your success . . . . and your outcome.

Education opens the open the doors to do the things that we have to do with confidence. As a result you will take on the challenging tasks knowing that you’re able to do them . . . . and to do them with excellence.

Through education you gain the knowledge . . . . and through your preparation you will use your knowledge effectively . . . . and develop the ability to do the things you have to do to succeed.

The benefit of education . . . . is endless.

Good morning, Lou... this post is music to my ears. A good education also develops critical thinking and analytical skills which we need as business professionals. And as Dave Liniger, founder of RE/MAX, always says... "the more you learn, the more you earn."

Education certainly helps when it comes to framing issues and developing quality solutions. However, a byproduct of more education is a greater realization of what you don't know. You bring up an important topic Lou.

I worked several years an an international software development company.  We had folks from all over the world.  Some were refugees.  What I learned was if you had an education, and you were motivated to assimilate rapidly, you can pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on rather quickly.

HI Lou Ludwig - One of the definitions of "education" is "a body of knowledge acquired.  The key to our existence is to be develop a body of knowledge and we  should do that every day we are on this earth.

Wonderful post about education.  I am not sure whether it is 'gumption' that makes us do what needs to be done or simply education... still pondering
