The definition of a team should also be all the people who make transactions successful so when going beyond your immediate team, choose wisely.

Oh, that is so true, whether you're talking about sports teams, real estate teams or the team that it takes to get to the Closing table (stager, inspector, agents, attorney, lender, surveyor, appraiser, contractor....). When it's a great team, it's a great transaction, Lou!

Have a wonderful week!

Lou, I've always thought of real estate as a team sport. Outstanding teams definitely rise to the top.

This certainly rings true for me this past weekend!  I went to Las Vegas to watch my team take on their team and even though we played terribly, we found a way to pull out the victory!

Hello Lou,  Outstanding teams know how to get it done by a team effort.  Teams fall apart if they are not on the same page.

Lou,

Reminds me of the Patriots ( I am not a fan) but they always seem to find a way to win!
