I am fortunate that much of my lead generation comes from seminars. Even more fortunate is that a lot of it gets to be done in San Francisco and Tel Aviv.

Hello Lou and that wall would hurt to hit.  Pplan your work, make those calls, mail out to farm area, walk the area.  It takes more then waiting for the phone to ring.

I turned another telemarketer away today. With good SEO and marketing practices in place, we don't need to buy leads.

I think a lot of agents miss the boat by becoming immersed in day-to-day transactions and when one closes, it's out of sight, out of mind, Lou! They don't realize that there is so much gold in those people who will send you leads over and over again, if you nurture them. That's how I manage my lead generation too, Lou!!
