Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Integrity is Doing What’s Right

Integrity is Doing What’s Right

Integrity is Doing What’s Right

“Integrity is doing what’s right even when you may be the

only person that would know what you’ve done.

Lou Ludwig Sales and Management Consultant,

Success Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Integrity is doing what’s right

Integrity is doing what’s right . . . . even when you may be the only person that would know what you’ve done.

When you think about a person with integrity you think about the person’s character.

Acting with integrity is seen as an attribute in various aspects of a person’s personal and professional endeavors to do the right thing without looking for recognition or personal rewards.

Even when under pressure a person with integrity will do the right thing for the right reasons.

The person with integrity emerges as the leader in their field . . . . as a top performer . . . . and is sought out for their advice and counsel.

Hi Lou Ludwig - I grew up knowing that integrity is doing the right thing when your mother isn't watching you.  It is very simple when you know the path to follow is lined with integrity in mind.

Good evening Lou Ludwig ,

I agree with you 100%..Integrity is doing the right thing. Someone who is sought after for advice and counsel is definitely someone with integrity!

I called an agent today to get a floor plan from his builder. He did ask me if my buyer would be using his builder to build their home. Of course and that is the way I work.

Indeed integrity is the key if we do not have that, my take is we have nothing. I look in the mirror and feel good about who is looking back at me...Endre

Integrity breeds respect....something everyone needs and should have.....and realize what they need to get it.

Lou Ludwig - I think too many people think they have integrity, but others wouldn't agree. Many people use the word integrity like competency that's actually incompetency, but they wouldn't admit it. Integrity is a big important word and with that comes virtue. When I meet someone who boasts about their integrity and discover they have no integrity, I lose all respect.

I'm glad to know you are a person with integrity.

Good morning, Lou Ludwig one cannot ever be successful in business without integrity.... it will all catch up with your actions....reputation is everything.

Lou, integrity is priceless and I think a big part of our reputation. Doing what is right even when you're the only one that knows is important.

Good morning Lou.  It is crucial that we all have and act with true integrity.

Lou, I just love your wisdom and your succinct way you make the point.  I was amazed recently with a suggestion of a "borderline" ethics suggestion of a challenge with a listing.  That was the comment of the advisor.  If it is borderline, then it misses the integrity taste test.

Integrity seems to be disappearing, Lou Ludwig ... so the person that displays it will stand out in the crowd, that's for sure.  It may be an old-fashioned concept, but it's needed now more than ever ...

It takes courage to have integrity, yet, there are many who profess to have it but are shamefully fearful and cautious. One particular group IMO comes to mind, can you name them?

Your advice is so important. Always do what is right, even if no one notices.

Because, we know what we do or don't do. I sleep well at night because I have done what is right.

In fact, doing what is right, has way of becoming know by others and they will then declare us to be people of Integrity.

Integrity is certainly essential for a smooth transaction where all parties feel they have been treated right. However, anyone who has done this work for a while is bound to have run into a self-cented demanding client who could care less if the other party has been treated right. I try to avoid these types of clients Lou.
