Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Your Customers Will Judge You

Your Customers Will Judge You

 Your Customers Will Judge You

“Each of us will one day be judged by our standard of life,

not by our standard of living . . . .  By our measure of giving

not by our measure of wealth; by our simple goodness,

not by our securing greatness.”

William Arthur Ward 1921 - 1994, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Customers will judge you

Customers will judge you . . . . on the quality of your service.

Customers will judge you . . . . on your business standards.

Customers will judge you . . . . on meeting their expectations.

Customers will judge you . . . . on you keeping your word.

Customers will judge you . . . . on your character.

Customers will judge you . . . . on how you impact their lives.

Customers will judge you . . . . on how you impact to the community.

Customers will judge you . . . . on the business relationships.

Customers will judge you . . .  . and if they will do business with you.

Customers will judge you . . . . and if you earned the right for referrals.

How are you seen by your customers?

How are you seen by others?

How would you like to be judged?

Your customers will judge you . . . . on the quality of your actions.

Wealth should be a means of giving just as much as any other aspect of it.

I heard a saying somewhere that said:

Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

I once drove a van that displayed the name of the product I sold. That product was being judged by how I drove that van.

Well said.  People judge everything every day.  After a transaction, they will certainly remember things we said and did, and as they share these things with friends and relatives, they too will judge!  Not a bad thing when you display good character in all you do.

Hi Lou-and congratulations on a very well deserved feature. We can put out many flyers and ads and have testimonials on our website but in the end, what we do...our actions will be how we are judged.

Lou

We have to keep in mind that we are always being judged, in all likelihood, in our business but also in real life. Our actions show who we really are.

Well said, Lou.  We are on a stage, being judged and critiqued, not just for our appearance, or our speech, but for our actions.

All so true - and it extends to everyone else as well. We ARE judged by the way we treat other people.

Lou, we often fail to remember that others will judge us on what we do.

Great points.

Thanks

People are watching us ... and critiquing our efforts and the results we produce, Lou Ludwig ... your post is a very timely and wonderful reminder of that.  We within the broad real estate-related are so visible.  We always need to be aware of that and act and perform accordingly.
