Customers are looking for quality service . . . . and a quality product to fill their needs . . . . When either one falls below the customers’ expectations they will continue to look for the provider of the product to fill their needs . . . . and for the service they expect.

 

Customers want and except the real thing . . . .  they want quality service . . . . and a quality product . . . . Not a substitute

 

Build your business model on a solid foundation of providing both quality customer service and a product that you will be proud to deliver to your customers.

 

You will be known by the quality of your customer service and product . . . . . let it be solid and deep to build your business on.

Hello Lou Ludwig,  I so agree with you,  my parents had a small restaurant but the food was so good they were pack all the time.

Customer's want someone they're comfortable with ... that's the bottom line.  Treat them like you'd like to be treated and you'll do fine.

Customer service will often override the product itself.  For me at least, the quality doesn't always have to be the best, if the customer service is far superior.
