Lou Ludwig Success Tips: With Your Persistence’s the Tide Will Turn

With Your Persistence’s the Tide Will Turn

With Your Persistence’s the Tide Will Turn

“When you get into a tight place and everything goes

against you till it seems you could not hold on a

minute longer, never give up then, for that is just

the place and time that the tide will turn.”

Harriet Beecher Stowe 1811 – 1896, Abolitionist, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

With your persistence’s the tide will turn

You will encounter times in your life that the things around you become overwhelming . . . . they will feel like an unrelenting tide sweeping into your life. They will seem that they are out of control . . . . and you will not to be able to overcome them.

In moments like this . . . . you may feel that it would be far easier to retreat . . . . and push back away from your goals and dreams. In reality, it may be easier to push back then push forward.

But you would find that by pushing back . . . . things will not improve. What you will find is that you have surrendered your goals . . . . and dreams for a false sense of short term comfort.

You will also find success in life is not achieved by surrendering . . . . Success comes from standing firm . . . . in your resolve to push forward through the challenging times in your life . . . . and to remain standing.

Every storm will pass with time. You may not come through the storm without some bumps . . . . and bruises. They will soon heal . . . . and you will find ourselves still standing.

What remains important as you whether the storms in your life. Is to keep your goals and dreams as your beacon . . . . to guide you through the turbulences that you encounter.

The storms in your life  . . . . can turn you away from your goals and dreams. With your persistence . . . . the tide will turn in your favor. It becomes your choice . . . . to remain on course to achieve your goals and dream.

With your persistence the tide will turn . . . . when you make the choice to stay on purpose.

We often have to take a stand in what we believe in, versus popular opinion.

Hello Lou Ludwig,  tides have a way of turning if you just wait a little longer.  Make it a great day!

It's difficult to withstand the tides at times, but so important to stay true to yourself and your resolve. Thanks for the sentiment this morning, Lou. We're navigating some tough water right now and this is a helpful reminder. D

The tide will turn when we just stay in the flow of what we're doing in that way.

I think life can be easy and hard at all of that depending on how you do it and view it, I feel like. Brian England

Thank you for the inspiration and motivation, Lou.  After a rough patch, it's always nice to see the tide turn.

Hi Lou -- while in the middle of a challenging time, it may not always be easy to see but it certainly is important to understand the concept.  A thoughtful quote and interpretation.
