My husband says why do you always have to answer your cell phone. I said... because I made a commitment to myself when I started real estate to always answer my phone. It has really paid on. Just this weekend, two clients said they tried calling other agents, and they never returned the calls.  I do

I can usually spot new agents that have total commitment and those that don't. That burning desire shows.
