Lou Ludwig Success Tips: There is an Advantage

There is an Advantage

There is an Advantage

“In every adversity, there lies the seeds of an equivalent

advantage. In every defeat is a lesson showing

how to win the victory next time.”

Robert Collier 1885 – 1950 American Self-Help Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

There is an advantage

We all will meet with adversity . . . . setbacks . . . . and defeats in our lifetime.

The advantage is found when we stand strong to work your way through the challenging conditions in our life . . .  and find a way to overcome the conditions.

The real advantage comes to the surface when you have the determination not to allow conditions to derail your success journey . . . . and you fight your way through the conditions to create the best possible outcome.

There is an advantage . . . . and it will be found by staying on purpose . . . . and in not giving up in times of adversity.

Sometimes it would be easy to give up. The harder thing is pushing through whatever obstacle gets in the way and keeping going.

Lou, I bookmarked your post as it's one I could use reading some days. Pushing through can be extremely difficult but, you're right we can never give up. Sticking it out and staying on our success journey brings us one step closer to achieving our end goal.

Good morning Lou Ludwig,

There are always opportunities and sometimes you just have to make the best of the challenges and learn from the experience. Store it away in your memory bank and bring it out when needed.

Lou Ludwig thank you very much for theses words and reminder.  This business is getting tough.  Really tough.  By my own estimate, agents work three times as hard to close the transaction.  As we do this with a calm face with our client.  I see this image when working through a really tough transaction:  Imagine you are on a flight from Atlanta to Las Vegas.  The captain looks at the fuel gauge and sees there is not enough fuel to make tt.  The Captain looks for a alternate airport near by.  But, at that point, it is discovered that the wing flaps are stuck.  Worse, the electronics are flashing on an off.  Does the pilot run up and down the aile yelling "we are going to crash and this is it!"  No, the Captain works hard to overcome every adversity with all of the self control he/she can muster.  As you say "fight your way through the conditions to create the best possible outcome."

Lou I learned this as a kid.....I can still remember my Mom saying to me - I"m sure there's a silver lining in that cloud, let's see if we can find it together.

Lou Ludwig - isn't it so true?

"In every defeat is a lesson showing how to win the victory next time."

The setback is a set up for a comeback!
