Lou Ludwig Success Tips: We Need Customers

We Need Customers

We Need Customers

“Fact is if we don’t do lead generation . . . .  we don’t have

customers to work with. If we don’t have customers to

work with. We don’t have business . . . .  and if we

don’t have business . . . . we don’t have closing.

With-out closing we don’t have income . . . .

Without income we are out of business.”

As I see it . . . . . . .

We need customers

Fact is we need customers to stay in business . . . . The second fact is you need customers in proportion to meet your goals.

The number of customers you need to make $50,000 a year is not that same when your income goal is $100,000 per year.

Your lead generation goals have to match your income goals. The higher your income goals are the more customers you will need to have to work with.

Without a steady flow . . . . of new customers coming from your lead generation . . . . the fewer customers you have to work with. With the end result being your lead generation will dry up . . . . and you won’t have the number of customers you need for your business to survive.

We need customers . . . . with customers there is no ceiling on what we are able to achieve.

This is a very good reminder for real estate agents.

Your lead generation goals have to match your income goals. The higher your income goals are the more customers you will need to have to work with.

Good Morning Lou - it all starts with keeping your sales funnel full.  When the pipeline shrinks closes will shrink.

Hello Lou Ludwig,  I do lots of direct mailing and networking because that helps me get the number of clients I need.

We must always be lead generating, or to use the old term, "prospecting".

I was listening to the Millionaire Real Estate Agent yesterday - one of the first lines is everyone has two jobs - the one you do and the lead generation -

Lou Ludwig Your circular argument definitely has a 'dead-end' if agents do not follow your advice. This si a soli reminder of who we are: Lead Generators!

Indeed. We need customers and, fortunately for us, our customers need real real estate professionals!

Lou, this is an excellent reminder for those who have been in business for sometime but, want to go to the next level and for newbies alike. Depending on our goals we have to reach a certain amount of people to then have enough customers.

Yes, agents do need to consider their income goals first - then calculate how many clients they need in order to reach those goals.

After that, they need to prospect and market themselves for new clients while nurturing past clients for future business and referrals.

There's no time to rest!
