Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Specialize . . . . In a Market Niche

Specialize . . . . In a Market Niche

 Specialize . . . . In a Market Niche

“The way to become rich is to put all your eggs in

one basket and watch that basket.”

Andrew Carnegie 1835 - 1919, Scottish – American

As I see it . . . . . . . .

Specialize . . .  . In a market niche

Put all your eggs in one basket . . . . and become a specialist in a market niche.

Become a specialist in a market niche . . . . is putting your energy . . . . and efforts into growing that niche into an unstoppable business force. You will grow it to the point to where you’re seen . . . . as an expert in your niche.

People prefer to work with a specialist . . . . someone that they see as being an expert in their profession.

Experts are in demand . . . . and generalist become overlooked . . . . Be the expect.

Customer’s main concerns are their own interests . . . . They want the best person . . . . and or company to help them fill full that need.

The way to become successful . . . . is to become a specialist filling a market niche.

Put all your eggs in one basket . . . . and to specialize . . . . in a market niche. Put your energy . . . . and efforts in growing your niche into an unstoppable business force to successfully achieve your goals . . . . and objectives.

Andrew Carnegie was very wise. However, Feager here would have a backup plan in case something went awry with my niche.

Just finished the niche challenge.  Odd thing is, focusing on a niche actually can bring in more business from other areas.

All successful real estate sales professionals have a specialty. It's hard for newbies not to be distracted by the next shiny object but as Barbara Todaro said...the riches are in niches!!
