Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Specializing in a Target Market . . . . .

Specializing in a Target Market . . . . .

Specializing in a Target Market  . . . . .

“You specialize in something until one day

you find it is specializing in you.”

Arthur Miller, playwright

As I see it . . . . . . .

Specializing in a target market

Become a specialist focus . . . . and specialize in a target market.

Put your full energy and efforts into growing that niche into an unstoppable business force . . . . to where you are seen as an expert in your niche and in your field.

As an expert in your field people will seek you out for your advice . . . . and counsel. To the point to where you stand out as a professional . . . . and you will become their go to person in your profession.

The road to success and prosperity is paved by being . . . . an expert in your field . . . . And in providing exceptional service that exceeds your customer’s expectations.

Specializing in a target market creates a long term strategic business advantage. One that will move you to the fore front of your profession . . . . and to greater levels of success.

So so smart, Lou--keep 'em comin'!

This is what it's ALL ABOUT. I was "lucky" in that I honed in on a market that had just lost its long-time realtor. He never lived out here at Fishhawk Lake full time, like I do, but there was a small window of time when he retired and my smart hubby said, "this is your opportunity" so I went back to school and now it's mine and I LOVE it!!!

Lou - this is exactly right.  Less in more and focusing on one area you do well  will establish your credibility.

Actually narrowing your focus can make your vision bigger and brighter and more clear than it would've been otherwise.

I started teaching Neighborhood specialization late last year because we used blogging last year to target one particular neighborhood and end the year doing 54% market share.

Target market is a great strategy as opposed to shotgun approach.  Another area to seriously consider is becoming is niche market which is kind a like Target market but it addresses non geographical approach to specializing

Hello Lou Ludwig,  Yes I sooner have a target market approach to things instead of the shotgun approach.

A niche is so important.  You cannot be all things to all people so it is important to specialize so that you can maximize your success.

A thoughtful post with value for any agent who wishes to succeed.
