Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Outside Your Comfort Zone

Outside Your Comfort Zone

Outside Your Comfort Zone

While executives and managers say they want new ideas and

new thinking from their employees, their actions indicate

otherwise. New ideas are disruptive, they’re messy,

And they challenge the status quo, they require

take chances and increased risk, and they

push everyone out of their

comfort zone.”

Ken Blanchard, Author and Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Outside your comfort zone

When you’re looking for new ideas . . . . greater success . . . . bigger opportunities  . . . . or achieving your goals. You will see that they all have a common element  . . . . they are all outside your comfort zone.

Inside your comfort zone is more of the same old thing. If you’re looking for greater success you have to look outside of your comfort zone.

To cultivate new thinking and new ideas you have give up the safety of your comfort zone . . . . and step into the possible zone.

People will not always embrace your new ideas because they challenge the person’s status quo . . . .  and they feel safer staying in their comfort zone.

Don’t allow another person’s comfort zone deter you from stretching yourself out of your comfort zone and expand your creative thinking . . . . and your horizons to greater achievement.

Your creative thinking . . . . will open your eyes to look pass the status quo and focus you on the possibility zone.

The pathway to achieve your goals is outside of the comfort zone. Take that step . . . . and step outside of your comfort zone to achieve what you seek.

Hi Lou -- sometimes the status quo has to change in order to be relevant. Shaking it up can disturb many but often it's just what an organization(or person) truly needs.

Most everything is outside my comfort zone, LOL.  I'm not an adventurer! I pushed myself outside the zone when I started my business, and continuously am having to venture back out as I build it.

Lou, the discomfort you feel when you step outside you comfort zone spurs creativity. Learn to like the discomfort. Enjoy your day!
