Lou Ludwig Success Tips: When One Goal is Achieved It’s a Stepping Stone to the Next

When One Goal is Achieved It’s a Stepping Stone to the Next

When One Goal is Achieved It’s a Stepping Stone to the Next

The riders in a race do not stop short when they reach the goal.

There is a little finishing canter before coming to a standstill.

There is time to hear the kind of voice of friends and say

to one’s self: the work is done. but just as one says

that, the answer comes: The race is over, but the

work never is done while the power to work

remains, the canter that brings you to a

standstill need not be only coming

to rest. If cannot be, while

you still live. For to live

is to function. that is

all there is in living .”

Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.  1892 – 1973,

American Jurist, Associate Justice of the

Supreme Court

As I see it. . . . . . . .

When one goal is achieved it’s the stepping stone to the next

When your closing in on your goal stay focused on the outcome . . . . and reach out to grasp the goal at hand . . . . and keep pushing forward to your next goal.

When a goal is achieved it’s not the time to stop . . . . it’s becomes an opportunity to stretch yourself . . . . and grasp the next opportunity.

When you achieve your goal the race is not over it’s . . . . it’s a stepping stone to your next goal.

You achieve greater levels of success by using each goal you achieve . . . . as a stepping stone to your next goal . . . . and to greater levels of achievement and success.

When one goal is achieved it’s the stepping stone . . . .  to the next goal.

Lou - stepping stones is a good way to describe it.  You never reach a goal and arrive.  If you do you will fall back.  Have a great day.
