Lou Ludwig Success Tips: How You Cope With It

How You Cope With It

Motivational Power Quote

How You Cope With It

“Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The

way you cope with it is what makes the difference.”

Virginia Satir 1916 – 1988, American Author,

Psychotherapist

As I see it . . . . . . .

How you cope with it

When life hands you a basket of lemons . . . . make lemonade.

When you encounter a setback . . . . find the positive in the condition and look for the life experience to create an opportunity.

At times your life is not what you want it to be . . . . how you cope with it makes all the difference. You can be in a state of denial about the condition . . . . you can face it . . . . and deal with it.

When you cope with the condition . . . . you take control of the condition as it is . . . . and you manage the process on how your going to handle it and change it.

Your coping skills can become an enormous resource to you on your success journey . . . . and gives you the ability to get through challenging conditions quicker and with more success.

How you cope with it . . . . will determine what you see . . . . and how you respond to it.

The next time you’re faced with a challenging condition . . . . mentally step back from the condition. Look at it from afar in your thinking and look for the solution . . . . and you will know  “how you cope with it” successful and you will be right.

Different degrees of problems get different responses from me. .I find that, the harder the problem the most difficult to separate and elevate yourself  to find different perspectives. .

my responses now are mostly "trained intuitiveness" from years of progressive failures

Lou,

We can't change what's happening, we can only change how we react.

Lou, This is, indeed, a great one! I am reading Joel Osteen's book, Everyday is Friday and it says exactly what your quote says, that life is not the way it's supposed to be.

Your associating coping with one's ability to "take control" is a great way of thinking about dealing with unexpected situations.

Inspirational advice is always needed. A great reminder that although we don't choose the situation, we do choose how we handle it.
