Motivational Power Quote

Tune INTO Your Customers Needs

“Not being in tune with your customers is like living in an

alternate reality; the way you think your customers feel

about your product is not always the same as what

your customers really think about your products.”

Bo Bennett, Author

I am trying to develop a good data base on my clients and past clients so that I can remember the things that are important to them.

Lou, great information as always. Bad business is the one where the seller has no idea what the consumers want. The more you know about your market and who wants to your product and what they need from you, the better.

It's important to tune in to what others are saying before they tune you out. Listenand listen carefully.
