When you’re tuned into your customers needs you’re have better understanding of their needs . . . . and what will motivate them to take action. At the same time they will be sharing information with you about their concerns . . . . fears . . . . and conditions that could impact their decisions.

 

As you’re working with your customers the information that you gather becomes essential in helping you to understand your customers in order to help them to make a good decision.. It will also help you to move your customers in the right direction to successful help them to meet their objectives.

 

Tune INTO your customers needs . . . . It can be said that when you are in harmony with your customers that you will know and understand what motivates them and to better service their needs.

Lou, great information as always. Bad business is the one where the seller has no idea what the consumers want. The more you know about your market and who wants to your product and what they need from you, the better.
