The sales profession that has awareness on a listing presentation will put them self into a position . . . . to read and understand the sellers needs. As a result they will be in a position to successfully help the sellers . . . .and list and sell the property.
When you have awareness of your buyers motivations . . . . you create a pathway to creating a successful sales environment and a sale.
Have awareness in negotiating . . . . gives you insight to the negotiating process and when it’s applied properly will give you a strategic advantage in creating a successful outcome to the negatiation.
