Being nice to people creates the starting point of building strong and productive relationships. It will also become a big part of expanding your current relationships and putting them on a solid footing in moving forward. Being nice will enhance your sphere of influence . . . . and your future business opportunities.

 

When you’re nice to people, they want to replicate in like kind . . . . and they will be nice to you. Being nice to people builds the relationship on the bedrock of rapport and mutual respect and increases the possible of maintaining a successful business relationship.   

 

Your relationship will grow into a strategic advantage in both your business and personal endeavors.

 

Make an extra effort to be nice to the people you meet . . . . and you will find that that are being nice to us.

Lou I try to play nice.  There are times when it is difficult but those are the times I have to dig deep to get through.

As long as they are not trying to take advantage of you. I always go the distance to be nice but we all have our breaking points

You quote is quite right. My parents always said it doesn't cost extra to be nice to someone. That was a good less to learn in a early years. It is still with me today.
