Motivational Power Quote
The Effort You Put Into Your Career is a Choice
“It’s not necessarily the amount of time you spend
at practice that counts; it’s what you put into the practice.”
Eric Lindros, professional hockey player
As I see it . . . . . . .
The effort you put into your career is a choice
There is always a choice . . . . And in that choice it will make all the difference in the direction that your career takes.
You can look at your day as springboard to the future . . . . and day that will contribute to your future success. You can grasp your day . . . . with an attitude of possibility. You can make a commitment to yourself to make you’re day . . . . a day that will move your closer to your goals.
You treat your day as a precious resource and you can focus your time on the high value activities of doing what’s most important to reach your objectives.
Or you can show up every day . . . . and skate through your day with very little effort. Under those circumstances the very best you can hope for will be . . . . to live in your comfort zone. But more than likely you will fall off the pace and fall behind the curve.
The effort that you put into your career is a choice . . . . and will return to you in like form. It’s what you put into your day and efforts that will make all the difference. Whatever you do is a choice . . . .
