Lou Ludwig Success Tips: There is Gold in the Details

There is Gold in the Details

Motivational Power Quote

There is Gold in the Details

“Success is in the details.”

A.   P. Erkkila, Inspirational Author

As I see it . . . . . . .

There is gold in the details

To successfully list a home for sale and sell it . . . . You have to be aware of the details in the process that will make the listing saleable.

In negotiating the person with the most information and the best information . . . . is the person with the advantage. The person that has the best resource of details controls the negotiating process.

Details are worth their weight in gold . . . . one small gold nugget has value. A detail is a valuable and a resource of details becomes invaluable.

Gather the knowledge and information in your profession and you will gather the details.

Be a proactive listener . . . . and you will accumulate the details.

The person with the details becomes a subject matter expect and will be looked at as an expert in their profession.

There is goal in the details . . . . and success in using them effectively and with a purpose. He who controls the details . . . . controls the process.

Good evening Lou,

You are so right. I'd even take it a step futher...Listing agents who have the knowledge and details at their finger tips controls the process:).

Lou,

I think the Devil also hangs out in the details too. I like your interpretation better.

Lou,

Going the extra mile is also in the details. I think of the power of building not just a brand, but a reputation in the details.  It wears most down, but in the end, there is a greater profit than just dollars in the details.

Details can be so frustrating but also very rewarding. Thank you for sharing.

Lou, I always say, I have never learned anything by speaking.  I was thinking like Richard #2, and wondering if they have met, The devil and the Gold.    Yep, here is the proof!
