Your customers take the business relationship seriously and they rely on your judgment to guide them and your advice and counsel to help them.
For a business relationship to strengthen your customers will have to see you as an expert in your profession and someone that they can trust.
In a relationship business integrity becomes an important factor for your customers. They will back way from a business relationship were they have any questions about a persons integrity.
Your customers depend on you and the studies show that a customer will compromise on the price and the product. In the real estate business they will compromise on the location of the home, and the features in the home to do business with someone they like and trust.
Make your customers feel like the most important people in the world and show a sincere interest in them and in their needs.
When you put the customer’s needs first, and your honest with them you build your relationship on a platform of mutual trust you will create a strong business relationship and rapport with your customers.
When you’re in rapport your customers depend on you and you will be seen as a trusted advisor.
