Motivational Power Quote
Characteristics of Highly Successful People
"If I had to select one, quality on personal characteristic,
That I regard as being most highly correlated with success,
whatever the field, I would pick that trait of persistence."
Richard De Vos, Amway co-founder
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Characteristics of highly successful people
Highly successful people who stand out in their chosen field and in their life are not an accident; it's a result conditioned behavior. They are conditioning themselves for success.
One of the key characteristic of highly successful people is their persistence. They are committed to see their success journey through to a successful conclusion. Highly success people have dedicated their energy and efforts to ensure that they achieve their goals.
A person with persistence is a person with a purpose and that purpose drives them to maintain the focus on the big picture. They will not to become distracted by the obstacles and setbacks they encounter on their success journey.
A characteristic of highly successful people is the little difference that makes the big difference on the level of success that they achieve. That differences in their persistence to remain focused on their goals through thick and thin and not to quit on themselves or their goals.

You have to keep at it until you succeed.
I AGREE WITH YOU
"Highly successful people who stand out in their chosen field and in their life are not an accident?"
THANK YOU
It's amazing that when all is said and done, it's often not about who is the most talented, but about who perseveres versus who quits. Thanks for the words of wisdom Lou.
Hi Lou, there are so many examples of the truth to this quote!
I love your tips, Lou!
Hope you don't mind that I reblog sometimes.

I always find myself building or fixing ladders to achieve my goals Lou. I'm not afraid to reroute a rung or two to achieve great results!
Lou, this is the one area that I need to work on most.
Lou, thanks for the great reminder. I find that sometimes even the best of us get discouraged and put on the movie instead of dealing with an email that is rubbing us the wrong way, or getting down to doing one more search for a client who is being indecisive. Sometimes everyone needs a short holiday from persistence but, alas, I only mean sometimes... Cheers, Jark.
