Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Write It Down

Write It Down

Motivational Power Quote

Write It Down

"The discipline of writing something down

is the first step toward making it happen."

 Lee Iacocca, auto executive

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Write it down

Putting something in writing creates personal accountability to ones self to measure themselves and their progress against their goals, their results and the effectiveness of their actions.

Having it writing creates a road map for us to follow on our success journey and the mile markers to know exactly where are in any moment in time and to measure the progress we are making.

Writing it down creates a timeline to complete the things that are most important for us to complete to achieve our goals.

Writing it down is one of the most effective methods that a person has to keep them on track and create forward momentum.

absolutely... write it and don't let it slip away.  We just have the memory capacity to keep it all.  If you don't use it now it may be gold latter.

I agree writing it down is a good thing - it helps me to think through the issues more clearly.

I love the message and agree 100%. This not only applies to goals and achievements, but to daily tasks as well. Real Estate can pull you in 100 directions, and it's best to have a written map before the day takes you to another destination. You should always be focused on 'Destination Closing' - everything else is second!

Writing it down also gets you more involved.  You are using more of your senses.  Hearing - although not through your ears, humans usually speak inside their head what they are writing. Sight - because you see the written words.  Touch - because your hand is involved in writing it.  That makes it 3 times more likely to become real.

Not only do you need to write it down, you need to have it "write" where you can see it to help you believe it - or at least remember what you did with it!
