Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Satisfaction Is In Doing Your Best

Satisfaction Is In Doing Your Best

Motivational Power Quote

Satisfaction Is In Doing Your Best

"Satisfaction lies in the effort,

not in the attainment.

Full effort is full victory."

Mohandas Gandhi, spiritual and political leader

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Satisfaction is in doing your best.

Doing our very best creates personal satisfaction from our full efforts. There is an inter peace knowing you done your best and seeing the results from those efforts.

When we commit and do our best and we achieve the desired results, we may very well find ourselves receiving far more personal satisfaction in our efforts then by the actual results that we have accomplished.

Celebrate your efforts; your commitments to your efforts that makes your victory possible.

Lou, so achieving satisfaction is about putting forth full effort and then enjoying the journey. I can agree with that. Thanks.

I can surely identify with this quote.  When I have done everything I know to do and then do more I feel great.  When I didn't do as much as I could have, the same satisfaction is not there...

Lou,

That is a good thought. Sometimes, even if things do not turn out quite as expected, knowing you did your best is as good as it gets.

That seems to go with one of Budda's quotes who said something along the lines of "the objective is not to arrive but to enjoy the journey".

Lou, you can't go wrong quoting a Ghandi! I also agree that the journey is to be enjoyed. Good reminder, thanks!

Lou - When I did the best I could, there's an inner sense of satisfaction.  Getting things done half heartedly do not give the same feeling.  Great quote.

I much as I like to win, I can honestly say that there is a lot to be learned from the process or the competition.  There is great satisfaction that comes from a valiant effort.

Lou, this is the least that we can do!

Lou,

This is a great concept but one that be mis-applied. All-out effort will often lead to success. :)

You always say it right Lou LudwigWe sometimes Japanese TV (with subtitles in English) and often in dramas or other shows, the boss or leader's most often quote is "DO YOUR BEST!" then they bow and smile.
