Lou Ludwig Success Tips: Continued Incremental Improvement

Continued Incremental Improvement

Motivational Power Quote

Continued Incremental Improvement

"Only those who constantly

retool themselves

stand a chance of staying

employed in the years ahead."

Tom Peters, author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Continued incremental improvement . . . . becomes critical to stay completive in a completive world and business.

Retooling ourselves and sharpening our skills is required to stay ahead in your field. Professionals who retool themselves will carve out a distinct business advantage.

The choice is clear retool ourselves and move forward with confidence or stay as we are and fall behind.

We retool ourselves by committing to daily incremental improvement in our attitude in our business and social skills. At first the improvement isn't always noticeable over time the different become enormous and will separate from those who elected to stay the same.

Retool and thrive.

I have to agree with you. We have be adaptable in today's market with the way it is fluxuating and retooling is about the only way. It is hard for a lot of agents that have been in the busiess a long time but it needs to be done.

We do need to keep up . Some times it is hard to teach a new dog old tricks.

Agreed! We need to continually adapt, especially with the break neck pace of technological changes. On the other hand we need to continue some of the "old school" practices that are timeless.

Hi Lou, I think that in our business we must continuously reposition ourselves, to stay current with all the changes taking place.

Lou,

I like that idea of continued incremental improvement - just a little bit each day. :)

I love your motivation.  Continual and incremental, that is really the only way.  I'm trying to re-tool...but still not tweeting.

My marketing guru's wise old grandmother used to say "If you want to stay the same, you have to change." I thought that was very profound.

Retooling.  Resharpening.  And refining.  A good life topic and a subject worthy of improvement.  Always.
