As I see it . . . . . . .
Baseball is an escape
For over 100 years people have found an escape in baseball. There is a escape from the day in day out routine by going to a game. There are the discussions on how your team is doing. There is the following of your favorite players.
There is also the debating who is the better player. Baseball also takes us to the time in our life that we were kids . . . . and baseball was a big part of our life.
Over the years we may have lost interest in baseball . . . . and long for the past. It may not be seeing baseball as be an escape that we miss . . . . it may be that we miss our childhood.
We outgrow our childhood in our thinking . . . . It’s also possible to have the attitude of our childhood throughout our life to enjoy . . . and rediscover the attitude that we had as a child . . . . When you do . . . . you will understand why baseball is an escape.
