Motivational Power Quote
Keep Your Customers Involved
“If you tell me I may remember, if you involve me I will
As I see it . . . . . . .
Keep your customers involved
In order to create a successful business relationship keep your customers involved.
When you keep your customers involved in the transaction . . . . they feel they are part of the business process. The flow of information is conversational and the customer will freely exchange information with you.
You will also find that you and your customers are making small decisions along the way and building towards consensus in the business process . . . . in taking ownership . . . . in selling . . . . or in saying yes.
When the customer is involved the business relationship . . . . the negotiations process changes they are making decisions throughout the process to take ownership. There is still give and take but the customer doesn’t feel their being sold . . . . and it becomes a much softer form of negotiations.
Customers love to buy . . . . but they resist being sold, even when they want what you have.
Keep your customers involved . . . . and your business relationship is moving in the direction of a successful outcome without pressure.
